What's changed recently: AI has fundamentally changed the pace of my work and the teams I lead. What used to take weeks now takes days or hours, which means more time for the thinking that actually matters.
I've always been drawn to the hard problems: the ones that require connecting dots across functions, aligning stakeholders, and holding a high bar for the user experience at every step. That instinct hasn't changed. The tools just got a lot better.
